The issue of risk is becoming an increasingly significant dimension in many engineering-related activities. This Blended Intensive Program (BIP) between Centrale Méditerranée, the University of L'Aquila, the University of Technology of Cracow, and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (ETSIE) is dedicated to the effects of climate change on territories that are vulnerable to risks such as flooding, earthquakes, health issues, etc. The hybrid program includes one week of online courses and one week of in-person classes in L'Aquila.

Sfax, Tunisia April 24-25, 2024
We just learned with sadness about the tragic passing of Mr. Sufyan TAYEH, President of the Islamic University of Gaza (IUG), and his family during an airstrike. IUG has been a member of RMEIM for fifteen years, and its representatives have actively participated in our events. A distinguished physicist, Mr. TAYEH served as the head of the UNESCO Chair in Physics and Astrophysics at IUG since March 2023. The entire staff of the RMEIM office extends its condolences to the family and loved ones
